Terms of Service

Effective April 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Revitaligy, LLC d/b/a Novelmancer(“Novelmancer,” “we,” “us”) for use of our web service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. Subscriptions, credits, and top-ups

• Subscription plans grant a recurring monthly allotment of generation credits. Subscription credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• Top-up credits are one-time purchases available to active subscribers. Top-up credits roll over until used.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or refunded except where required by law.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If a generation pipeline fails for reasons on our side and we cannot recover the work, we will refund the credits used. Top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been spent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content depicting sexual abuse of minors, non-consensual sexual content involving real people, or content that incites violence against a person or identifiable group.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others, including by closely imitating real authors’ copyrighted works.
• Generate or distribute malware, spam, defamatory content, or content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent the Service’s safety filters, rate limits, or billing mechanisms.
• Resell access to the Service, share account credentials with third parties, or use the Service to provide a competing service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the stories, outlines, and covers generated for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use your content to train models.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for confirming that your use of generated output complies with applicable law.

6. AI-generated output disclaimer

Generated text and images are produced by third-party AI models. Output may contain inaccuracies, may resemble existing works, and is not guaranteed to be unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free of bias. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it. Copyright protection for AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction; we make no representations about the copyrightability of output.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be removed, or be priced differently over time.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including, without limitation, Stripe, Instant, Vercel, and AI model providers). Outages or changes by those providers may affect the Service. Their terms apply to your interaction with their portions of the system.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all output are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revitaligy, LLC d/b/a Novelmancer and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revitaligy, LLC d/b/a Novelmancer from any claim, demand, or expense arising out of (a) content you submit or generate, (b) your use of generated output, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing support@novelmancer.co. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
